Features of zinc alloy
1. Specific gravity.
2. Good casting performance, it can die-cast precision parts with complex shapes and thin walls, and the surface of the casting is smooth.
3. Surface treatment: electroplating, spraying, painting.
4. Does not attract iron during melting and die casting, does not corrode the mold, and does not stick to the mold.
5. Good mechanical properties and wear resistance at room temperature.
6. Low melting point, melting at 385 ℃, easy to die-cast.
Characteristics of iron
1. Compared with zinc alloys, the price of iron raw materials is stable.
2.Simple production and low mold cost
3. There are two kinds of common iron hardware products: black material and white material. Black material is more (cheap).

Features of stainless steel
1. Compared with zinc alloy stainless steel, the raw materials are stable.
2. Simple production, mostly straight, inclined and square pipes.
3. The surface is not easy to rust, and direct polishing can avoid the cost of electroplating.
4. The commonly used stainless steel is mostly 201 materials, and some are 202 materials.
